Through systematic analysis of arguments, fallacies, and reasoning methods, students learn to evaluate information sources, distinguish fact from opinion, and construct logical arguments. The course emphasizes inductive and deductive reasoning processes while building competencies in information literacy, written and oral communication, and multicultural understanding.
